Janie Who?

I am a complex, yet simple, rural Missouri girl. I am named after my outstanding Grandmommy, Janie. Some call me JayCee, as it was given as a nickname at birth. I am a beginning photographer and business woman. I am very open-minded to new ideas and concepts. I accept everyone for who they are, and I hope you accept me for who I am.

Sports are something I’ve always been involved in. I have played softball, basketball, and ran track. My favorite is softball. I played for years until it finally came to an end in 2016. I like to volunteer what little time I have to help my dad coach middle school track and summer t-ball leagues. I am no longer in sports but I typically spend my Sundays watching football with friends in the fall/winter.

Binge watching Netflix has damn near became an obsession. I become emotionally attached to the shows I watch. The tears that are shed when a character dies is unreal. I actually have a list on my phone of TV series I have finished, what I am currently watching, and shows I hope to watch in the future. That really shows my hidden talent of organization.

I graduated high school in May of 2017. I attend a community college for an undecided major. I really enjoy math so I am thinking something along those lines. I live in an apartment with my magnificent boyfriend, Tim. You will get to know him on this blog too! I recently just bought my first house! Luckily, Tim is a carpenter. He, along with my parents have worked so hard to remodel this outdated house. As well as getting to know Tim, you guys will be frequently updated on my house.

Why “No Sugar” as my blog title? There will be no sugar-coating on this blog. I am not afraid of the truth, and you shouldn’t be either. I will not shy away from controversial topics or refrain from posting my opinion. With that being said, I am not typically a radical person. I, again, am very open-minded. I will cuss, show my emotions, and be honest throughout my blog. I will be real.

A little bit of this and that is the only way I could describe what I’ll focus on in my writing. I will cover a broad variety of topics.
