Injection 5

So far I’ve seen great improvement with my chronic hives. I have had 5 injections of Xolair. In month 3 I noticed Benadryl starting to finally work and help my hives calm down. So far the Benadryl  is still working, but I have to take it at least once a day if not more. Benadryl really does take a toll on my life. It knocks me out within 30 minutes of taking it. Once, I had to clock out of work and sleep on the floor for almost 2 hours. I am constantly having to request rides from people because I am so sleepy. I am very happy that I am capable of living a semi normal life and I am not in such terrible pain but I am not accepting this as a “cure.” I am not giving up on a hives free life.

I still have hives daily but they’re not as huge and itchy. The biggest problem right now is swelling. I have random spots that swell just like they did in the past. The Xolair isn’t doing much for this issue. Sometimes the Benadryl will take the swelling down but not always. I’d much rather have a swollen lip than to be covered in miserable hives but I am not giving up on the life I used to have with no issues.

I have tried other antihistamines but Benadryl is the only one that works. I also am taking a couple Plexus products that are working to help my body. I take a Bio Cleanse and a ProBiotic. The Bio Cleanse is a detox that flushes my body of toxins and the ProBiotic helps me gain positive nutrients that are often missed. I have noticed a few little changes while taking these. I have lost a small amount of weight, overall have more energy when I am not on Benadryl, and eat a little less. I am not sure if these products are contributing to my hives decreasing but they’re contributing to a better life. I definitely suggest trying Plexus if you’re struggling with your health. If it isn’t for you, you can say you tried. They have so many great products to help with a wide variety of health issues. Hannah is my coach and she is a great help! She checks on me and keeps me on track. Any questions I have she answers. She sends me positivity all the time which really boost my confidence. Overall, she truly cares about my health and helping me get better. I couldn’t ask for more from her. Shop her Plexus website here. These products seem expensive but I think of them as an investment to a better life.

I tried the Hunger Control Pink Drink, but it wasn’t for me at this time in my life. I have many packs left so I might try again. The three products (Bio Cleanse, ProBiotic, and Hunger Control) are supposed to be a homerun for your health. The three products compliment each other and work together to help your body.

I am slowly getting into the routine of working out. I try to go on a walk or run multiple times a week. I broke out my Apple Watch again! Tim and I are both trying to eat a little healthier as well. We are looking into healthier versions of our favorite recipes. A few nights ago we had Whole 30 chicken fajitas, they were delish! I’ll leave the recipe below. A healthy dinner is my goal now, but I’ll soon dive in deeper.

Thank you all for your prayers and support. I never imagined that so many people would work so hard to help us find an end to this horrible time/disease. This year has changed my life.
